An order is not binding upon us until you receive an official order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or issues identified with your payment method.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Sales Tax: Prices listed do not include sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your total at checkout, based on the shipping address you provide.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Order Processing: We process and pack all orders within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to addresses within the United States.
  • Estimated Delivery: After shipment, orders are typically delivered within an estimated 8 to 10 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
  • Title and Risk of Loss: Title to the products and the risk of loss or damage pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. However, if your order is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us at hello@norenza.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items from the date of delivery.

  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 days. (Monday through Friday)

THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

  • Binding Arbitration: You agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way to your purchase or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules.
