We understand that mistakes happen. While our warehouse processes orders very quickly, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
If we are unable to cancel the order, please be assured that you may return the item within 30 days of delivery under our standard return policy. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.

How do I start a return?

Initiate Contact: Email our U.S. customer support team at hello@norenza.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Await Confirmation: Wait for our team to confirm your return eligibility and provide you with detailed return instructions and the correct shipping address.
Ship Your Item: Send the approved item back to our U.S. facility in its original packaging, using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Remember that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 10 days after your return is received and approved.

We process and prepare all orders for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
Once your order is dispatched, the Standard Shipping timeline is 6 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday) for delivery within the United States.
You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
